The return of the musical mystery
22 August 2012Issuing a full collection of works of any composer is not an easy task. Musical editors, researchers and even performers, who are often involved in this process, spend months, sometimes years, to prepare the issue of the new publication. And when in 2012 Tchaikovsky Charity Fund together with publishing houses “Music” and “P. Yurgenson” Musical publishing house” have planned to issue two volumes of collected works of Alexander Skryabin, it was quite clear how long and difficult the work they were facing was. -
Natural education
19 July 2012In July 2011 RENOVA Charity Fund has allotted money for realization of the ecological-educational programme of the Autonomous not-for-profit “Kamchatsky nature-conservative centre ANO KPC “Special territory”. The aim of this project was to create a Visit-centre for educational activity for the population of the Kamchatka region and its guests. The Visit-centre opened in 2012. Its exposition familiarized visitors not only with the unique eco-system of the Kurile Lake, where a natural reserve is situated, its plants and animals, but also the specifics of natural complexes, history of the region, national traditions and culture of the local population. -
Edge of Russian soil
19 June 2012On 19 June 2012 fourth scientific expedition of the Russian geographic society “Alyaska-2012” kicked off, it was supported by RENOVA Charity Fund. As a result of this trip to the shores of America work on research of inner regions of Alaska, revealed to the civilized world by Russian XIXth century pathfinders, has been completed. And the main result was the film “Alaska: notes from the New World”, which shows complicated interweaving of diaries and destinies of the two expeditions of XIXth and XXI centuries. -
From Easter to victory

And each year Moscow Easter festival embraces more and more Russian cities and exceeds the boundaries of the country. -

18 April 2012In 2013 RENOVA Charity Fund will finance 5 applications from participants of the Skolkovo project for getting grants in the amount of 2.5 mln rubles. Each of these grants is allotted for co-financing projects on conducting scientific research. All five applications — are the latest research which can be used not only in various spheres of science but also in everyday life. -
Russian settlement in the USA
01 March 2012Not every Russian settlement becomes a cultural centre not only for its compatriots but also for hundreds of people of other nationalities. Preserving such places is not an easy task. RENOVA Charity Fund has undertaken obligations to support one of these places — the famous Fort Ross, which marked its 200th anniversary in 2012. -
Constant friends
20 April 2011In 2011 RENOVA Charity Fund, the participant of the “Society of friends of the Tretyakov gallery” has responded to this famous Russian museum’s request to support the project, aimed at improving the conditions of keeping, safety and quality of display of artworks in M.Vrubel hall. Thus, one of the biggest parts of the Moscow gallery has found new look, thanks to additional spot lighting of each painting, creation of a frame for the central picture of the hall — “Princess of Dream”, and construction of a podium for orchestra and piano.
